Hand-drawn illustration of a dog was first created with a fineliner on paper, keeping the line natural and slightly imperfect. After scanning, the artwork was transferred into Adobe Illustrator, where the contours were carefully cleaned, subtly smoothed and selectively thickened to improve legibility and balance without losing the original character. The background pattern was introduced through masking, adding contrast and rhythm while framing the silhouette. The final mark preserves the raw, organic quality of the initial sketch. Small irregularities and line variation remain intentional, reinforcing a sense of authenticity and handcrafted identity rather than a sterile, over-polished vector look. The result sits somewhere between illustration and logo - simple in form, but with enough texture to feel personal and distinctive.
