I'VE MADE THIS is a platform for certifying human-made creative works. Creators submit their artwork along with evidence of their creative process. Our team reviews submissions and issues certificates of authenticity for verified human-made works.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership and copyright to works you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your work on the platform (gallery, certificate pages, and promotional materials). You may request removal of your content at any time by deleting your account.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that is:

• Generated primarily by artificial intelligence tools
• Not your own original work or violates others' intellectual property
• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Misleading about the creative process or tools used

6. Certification Process

Certification decisions are made at our sole discretion based on submitted evidence. A certificate attests that, based on our review, the work appears to be authentically human-made. We do not guarantee absolute verification and certificates may be revoked if new evidence emerges.

7. Community Voting

Users may participate in community voting on certified works. Abuse of the voting system (coordinated voting, spam, manipulation) may result in account suspension.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent content, or abuse the platform. You may delete your own account at any time through the Settings page.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, unauthorized access to your account, or reliance on certification decisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
